Natalia brings together architectural training, design experience, and hands-on real estate investing in her work at Provincial Realty. After arriving in Canada nearly a decade ago, she built a career as an architectural designer before transitioning into real estate, where she now helps clients navigate buying and selling with confidence and practical insight. With an international Master’s degree in Architecture and seven years of design experience in Canada, Natalia has a strong understanding of how homes function — structurally, aesthetically, and emotionally. Her ability to design and reimagine homes with intention helping others look past walls and layouts to see the true potential of a property. Having lived and invested across PEI, she offers valuable local knowledge of the Island’s communities and market trends. As an active property investor for many years who buys, renovates, and manages multiple properties, Natalia brings firsthand perspective to real estate decisions. Clients value her thoughtful and strategic approach, clear communication, and a deep commitment for helping them feel supported and informed in major transitions. Outside of work, Natalia enjoys time along the PEI shoreline — sailing, hiking, and exploring the Island’s beaches, where she finds inspiration and balance.
