Jeff has over 15 years of local and international experience in the areas of corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, leasing, corporate lending, private equity and negotiations.

As a trusted advisor to Governments and private investors, Jeff has provided project management and financial advisory services in support of large scale infrastructure projects in over 15 countries worldwide including in Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

Closer to home, he is a senior executive and board member with Murphy Healthcare, a family owned group that owns and operates a chain of pharmacies, retirement homes, and medical centres. He has played a hands on role in corporate restructurings, ownership transitions, financings, acquisitions and divestitures.

Jeff’s unique combination of experience as both an entrepreneur and a professional advisor enable him to understand what is most important to his clients: strict confidentiality, easy to understand recommendations supported by facts, and results.

Jeff has a degree in finance and economics from Bishop’s University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
