Meet Greg MacDougall, the Broker and co-owner of Provincial Realty, bringing over 15 years of expertise in real estate management, due diligence, and negotiations. Greg's journey into the real estate realm began after a successful four-year career working for a Federal Minister.

Having embarked on a management training program with a medium-sized healthcare company, Greg gained invaluable experience by rotating through diverse departments such as sales and marketing, accounting, corporate finance, operations, and property management. Recognized for his outstanding performance, Greg was promoted to lead the real estate group, where he currently oversees the development, leasing, and property management of over 20 major facilities, spanning commercial, retail, medical, and office spaces.

Greg holds a degree in business administration from the University of Prince Edward Island, with a specialization in entrepreneurship. Beyond his professional pursuits, Greg is a passionate coach, dedicating his spare time to coaching U7 Pownal Red Devils and T-Ball for the Stratford A's. His commitment extends to his community, where he resides in his hometown of Stratford with his wife, Lydia, and their three sons, Max, Aidan, and Jack.
